HOW TO MEASURE
CHEST
Hold the tape horizontally and measure the widest part of your chest, wrap around your body until your fingers meet and mark the measurement.
WAIST
Measure around your the norrowest part of your waist. Be careful not to squeeze too tight to allow a little give.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE
In cases where your body measurements are between two sizes, go with the smaller size for a tighter fit and the larger size for a looser fit.
